| What type of lease is it? |
All our properties are on a joint tenancy basis which means that
the house can only be let to groups of students. We do not
let to individuals, so you will need to find some housemates.

| How long do we rent the property for? |
You can live in the property for 12 months, but you only
pay rent for 11 months plus £100 per person retainer.

| How much is the deposit? |
£250 per person, refundable subject to final inspection.

| How much is the rent? |
£55 - £65 per person per week depending on
location and size of house

| How much will it cost before I can move in? |
| Deposit of £250 each upon signing the
lease, then one term's rent plus the retainer of £100.

| How often do I pay rent? |
Rent is collected 3 times a year.

| Are utility bills included in the rent? |
No, details of suppliers are included in the Welcome
Pack. As students, you are not currently liable for Council
